This machine is suitable for processing straight-line edge and 45 degree arrise on glass sheet.
I. General description:
1. ZM9 is suitable for processing straight-line edge and 45 degree arrises on glass.
2. A special design of the in-feed section for controlling the grinding amount of glass without adjusting each spindle individually.
3. Independent wool felt wheel and the cerium water recirculation system make the flat edge more shining.
4. Input and output conveyors adopt timing belt which can improve the stability of transmission.
5. Speed is adjusted by frequency inverter or stepless speed variator.
6. Different options: Manual, Digital display, PLC with pneumatic polishing.
7. 9 spindles totally: 5 for the straight-line edge (adopt the independent wool felt wheel), 2 for front arris and 2 for back arris.
